Malaysia Online Visa will not provide cash refunds for early contract termination under any circumstances. If you have any questions about your payment, be sure to get in touch with us as soon as possible. If a payment is made in error, we must reimburse the amount to the appropriate account.

We will begin the submission procedure to the Malaysia Immigration / High Commission as soon as you submit your application through our website. Here is some caution you should read it::

• If you decide to cancel or refund, please mail or message us on this website. Your application has yet to be submitted to the government for approval, and there will be a USD40 Cancellation Fee as per the application..
• There will be no return if the application has already been submitted to the government for approval.
• There will be no refunds due to technical issues arising on the government page/website, such as errors or upgrading software.
• Visa payments are also non-refundable if you choose not to utilize your visa after completing the service.
• Only the Government Fees will be returned if the user applied on another website, resulting in a duplicate application for the same passport.
• If you paid twice or more than once for the same application due to a system issue, please email us the exact details, and we will reimburse the additional expenses.
• Please keep in mind that the refund process will take 21 business days. If you have yet to receive your refund within this time limit, feel free to contact us to inquire about the status.

This Refund Policy applies only to fees received by us for services rendered in Malaysia. This policy does not apply to visa application payments, and resident permits paid to Malaysia through our Application Portal.

The refund amount will be calculated after deducting the necessary charges incurred by Malaysia Online Visa, such as banking fees, payment gateway fees, and other fees. However, suppose the applicant is entitled to a complete refund by the rules of the local nation where the services are being delivered. In that case, Malaysia Online Visa will refund the full money paid by the applicant.

We reserve the right to revise this Refund Policy anytime, and any changes will be announced on the website. The modifications will take effect once we have given notice.

Only if You have paid for the service will the fee collected by us (service fee and optional service fees) be refundable. You may apply for a refund if you meet the Refund Eligibility Criteria.
